Izzac attends all building and pest inspections and valuations, giving our sellers a detailed run down as well as peace of mind once they are complete. This invaluable time regained allows Tristan to conduct the many private buyer inspections he is renowned for, not to mention spending quality time on the phone with clients and buyers.
Izzac has the arduous task of keeping Tristan organised! Well, not literally but he is there to assist Tristan with on-boarding new listings as well as off-boarding settled sales so no stone is left unturned and avoidable delays simply do not happen.
